I have always liked the products sold by this company but had never bought anything...until now. It is exactly as it appeared in the photo and fits perfectly. Shipping was fast and reliable and the company even followed up with me after the sale. If the PE firm that owns AH had a true understanding of how this place operates day to day, there is a high probability restructuring would take place.

Unfortunately, no more AH purchases for me. The fact is they were inconsistent in their notices regarding "Final Sale." I would never have ordered the item had I known. Sometimes, in the interest of good faith and when a customer was unaware of a final sale restriction... Customer service is supposed to do what is right. Instead, I am stuck with an almost $90.00 item of clothing that is useless to me. I ordered seven items of clothing from Artful Home.
